An account can be suspended due to several different reasons. Listed below are some of the most common reasons why it could happen and following are the ways to resolve the situation.
The reason billing could be the reason for an account being suspended is due to an overdue in the payment of the invoice. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our billing team.
Depending on the server and usage plan you have with us, you may have certain restrictions on the usage of certain resources such as CPU, Memory, etc. that are in use for you. If your account is found exceeding those restraints you will first, be notified via email/ticket, and in rare cases, your account being suspended. To insure that your account does not get suspended, or for it to get unsuspended as soon as possible, we request you to reply to any emails/ticket from our support team with regards to the same.
You may also find an account getting suspended for exceeding the bandwidth usage or space. When this happens, we recommend that you contact our support department in order for us to look into this matter immediately.
If the account is a child of a MultiAdmin account, we recomend that you check the bandwidth/space quota limits inside of the MuiltiAdmin panel.
